ABB launches microsite TheTransformerPlace.com

This week at Automation & Power World, ABB will launch The Transformer Place.com. The micro-site extends ABB’s Red TIE (Technical Information Exchange) mission by providing transformer users an easy way to share information, provoke industry discussions, and network over the internet.

The site will include a forum for industry professionals; a repository of white papers, videos, webinars and other materials; and a listing of transformer events.  Visitors can also take virtual tours of ABB’s transformer factories.

The main objective to  engage more with customers and channel partners and give them a platform to voice needs and concerns, give input on future R&D and play a more active role in the company’s operations.

Visit the site at the link above, and send thoughts and suggestions to thetransformerplace@us.abb.com.
